I am a passionate entrepreneur, mentor and strategy advisor with an excelent partner network. After having worked for E.ON for more than 25 years in various top management functions, I fulfilled my life's dream and founded my own company, FEHNERGIE. Today I am a mentor, mainly for startup-founders and help businesswomen and managers to develop the profile of their dream jobs and find their purpose in professional life. By doing this I enable high performance with high fulfilment helping to develop greater creativity, impact, and meaning. As a strategic advisor, I help organizations to optimize their business models and innovative concepts for a successful future. In my business angel function I personally invest in promising start-ups and as a social entrepreneur, I want to give something back to society. As a teamplayer and soccer enthusiast I enjoy the added value of my partners adapted to the topics and challenges.
